1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PDFFlowEdit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
PDFFlowEdit provides online PDF editing and conversion tools. You may upload, edit, convert, and download PDF files through our web-based platform. Some features require a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
5. Free Trial Terms
When you sign up for a trial, you will be charged a small upfront fee. After the trial period (3 or 5 days), your subscription will auto-renew at $49 every 4 weeks unless cancelled. For annual plans, you will be billed $228 upfront and renewed yearly. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PDFFlowEdit for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service or access data not intended for you.
7. Intellectual Property
PDFFlowEdit retains all rights to our platform, branding, and technology. You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
PDFFlowEdit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PDFFlowEdit at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
